We collect contact details that you provide to us (name, email address, phone number) as well as the content of your inquiries and orders.
For delivery we process delivery data (shipping address and recipient details). We also automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and data from cookies generated when you visit the website.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of Article 6 of the GDPR. When handling inquiries and preparing quotes, the basis is the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
When fulfilling orders, the basis is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). For marketing communication such as newsletters, we process data based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
For the fulfilment of accounting and tax obligations, we process data on the basis of a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
